The hotel was ideally located near the airport, making it convenient for my trip. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quick with check-in, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was clean, and those two queen beds were extremely comfortable for a good night's sleep. I loved having a spacious sitting area, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options at a reasonable price, and the dining staff were attentive. However, the elevators were slow, which was a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours. I also noticed some ongoing renovations, and while they didn’t disrupt my stay, a little more communication about them could've helped. A late-night noise from other guests was bothersome and interfered with my sleep. Still, the overall comfort and cleanliness made my stay relatively pleasant.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Louisville Airport South, An Ihg Hotel. The hotel was clean, well-decorated, and offered easy access throughout, making it comfortable for us seniors. The staff were attentive and made us feel valued.

More variety in dining options would be appreciated.

We had a nice 2-night stay in a Standard Queen Room. The place was super clean and modern. Shoutout to Melinda and Candice for their amazing hospitality! Only downside was some noise from nearby rooms at night, but the staff really tried to help us out. Plus, the restaurant had some tasty food too!
